TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
- Any individual player can only win one package ($3,000) for a WPT Cruises Giveaway.
- Canbet WPT Cruises Giveaway package will include: Cabin accommodation for two (subject to availability, +/- $720 per person = $1440), $1560 (plus any additions from Cabin rates) towards travel expenses and spending money which will be credited to each package winner's poker account.
- It is the individual winner's responsibility to arrange their own travel to any of the selected WPT Cruises and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Canbet will book all accommodation.
- Canbet, NCL or WPT Cruises neither control, nor operate, nor are responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters; each denies any responsibility or liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. And their responsibility does not extend beyond the vessel.
- Canbet and WPT Cruises will charge a $50.00 per person administration fee for all cancellations after deposit is made. This is in addition to cancel fees imposed by Norwegian Cruise Line;

- Name changes or additions will be allowed at NCL’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges and rate increases.
- No refunds will be given on any cruise for no-shows, or for lack of proper documentation.
- No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after the cruise begins.
- Requests for refunds must be in writing. Cruise tickets, air tickets, transfer coupons and/or vacation package vouchers must be returned to WPT Cruises before a refund can be made. Refund processing time is approximately three to four weeks.

- Canbet Poker reserves the right to buy-back entire the Package from the player who has won a final Package for the WPT Cruise Giveaway. The price payable by Canbet Poker to buy-back a Package will be $2,000.
- No cash awards will be made from Saturday Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition being the grand final, the prize for which is a Package to the winner. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Canbet Poker whose decision shall be final.
- By entering the WPT Cruises giveaway, Online Freerolls, Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
- By entering the WPT Cruises giveaway promotion, Online Final players agree that, should they win the Package, they will wear Canbet Poker Operator apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Canbet Poker management.
- Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Canbet Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Subject to the provisions of rule 10 above, the winner of a seat at the WPT Cruises, Online Satellites and/or Final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Canbet Poker will not award cash in lieu of a package to the WPT Cruises.
- As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
- All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard Microgaming rules.
- Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WPT Cruises Giveaway, Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Canbet Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Canbet Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to WPT Cruises Giveaway Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Canbet Poker management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the WPT Cruises Giveaway, Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.
- Canbet shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the WPT Cruises Giveaway.
- LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS:
Canbet jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and Canbet reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that Canbet cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Canbet cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Canbet is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
