Choose how to play - Free Download or Instant Play Poker? To start playing poker at Canbet Poker you first need to decide if you want to play the FREE DOWNLOAD or INSTANT PLAY version of our software, depending on your play requirements.
	FREE DOWNLOAD: Offers the complete Canbet Poker experience, including a customisable poker environment, instant hand history, intuitive resizing of multiple tables and personalised avatars. Download takes between 5-10 minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
	INSTANT PLAY: The name speaks for itself, the Flash version of our software enables you to play instantly, without having to download anything. Features are limited, but the action is exactly the same.

Step 1 – Click on the 'Download' button After clicking the 'Download' button, you will be prompted to run or save the Canbet Poker software: Select 'Run'. If asked by your antivirus or other security software, choose to continue. The download (8 megabytes) will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Step 2 – Agree to our End User License Agreement Our End User License Agreement (EULA) contains the standard rules that apply when using our software. Click on the ‘I have read and accept the licence agreement’ button to confirm that you agree to Canbet Poker's software rules.

Step 3 – Installing Canbet Poker After accepting the License Agreement, simply sit back and relax as the software will automatically download and install. While you're waiting, you can watch our introduction video to preview the action you can expect at our tables. When the download is complete, click on the 'Launch Poker Room' button to start playing poker.

How to Register Your Canbet Poker Account After downloading your software or launching the Instant Flash version of Canbet Poker, the next step is to register an account. Already an existing Canbet member? Existing Canbet members can use their account to access all of Canbet's products including Canbet Poker, Canbet Casino, Canbet Sportsbook and Canbet Racebook.

Step 1 – Begin the registration process Launch your Canbet Poker software (Download or Instant Play). Click 'Register Account'.
Step 2 – Complete the Registration Form Fill in all the necessary fields on the registration form, ensuring that the details you provide are valid. Step 7 – Playing your first hand Before you can play your first winning hand at our tables, you will need to create an alias (unless you already have a Microgaming Poker Network alias). See the 'How to create an alias' section below for more information.

How to Create a Canbet Poker Alias Your alias is your poker room identity and you must create one before you can play. Note: Once created, your alias is permanent and cannot be changed – so choose wisely.

Step 1 – Log into Canbet Poker using your new account details After registration your account number should be displayed in the Network Logon box. Enter your password and select 'OK'.

Step 2 – Microgaming Poker Network (MGS) You will be asked if you have played at a Microgaming Poker room before. If you have never created an MGS poker alias: Click on 'No' and proceed to Step 3. If you already have an MGS poker alias: Enter your Microgaming Network poker alias and follow the required verification procedure – either answering your security question or verifying your alias via e-mail to your registered address. Once complete, click 'Submit'.

Step 3 – A single alias within the Microgaming Poker Network You are only allowed a single alias within the Microgaming Poker Network, which you can use to play at any poker room on the network. Confirm that you agree to only have a single alias within the Microgaming Poker Network by checking the box and clicking 'OK'.

Step 4 – Create your alias Create your desired poker alias, taking into account that it is your unique poker room identity and cannot be changed. Choose your alias security question. When created, click on 'Create Alias' to continue.

Step 5 – Make your play for the big time at our tables Now that you have created your poker alias you can start dominating the tables immediately. Simply click 'Back to Lobby' and make a play for big stack action on the table of your choice.
